Preparing a Living Will (Also called an Advance Directive) and Medical Power of Attorney which gives you a voice to express your wishes to die naturally if in a terminal condition with no hope of recovery and which appoints a trusted individual to make medical decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated;

Preparing a Durable Power of Attorney, which allows you to appoint a trusted individual to handle your personal and financial affairs while you are alive if are not be able to do so yourself.
