Our Staff
New Jersey arbitration lawyers Dan Posternock and Tom Barron are both certified arbitrators with the New Jersey Superior Court System and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Barron is a former assistant county prosecutor. His practice is almost exclusively trial-based and focuses on cases involving civil rights and employment law. Mr. Barron represents municipalities, police unions and officers involved in disciplinary actions as well as individuals who are victims of discrimination and civil rights violations.

Mr. Posternock’s trial practice and litigation experience includes claims arising from real estate transactions, consumer fraud actions, and the representation of insurers and insureds in automobile negligence, premises liability, construction claims and actions brought under New Jersey's Tort Claims Act.
