Ms. Kosar is a graduate of Rutgers University and the School of Business – New Brunswick with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She obtained her law degree from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware. While at Widener, she served as Bluebook editor of the Widener Law Review (formerly Widener Law Symposium Journal), in which her writing was also selected for publication.
Prior to her entry into private practice, Ms. Kosar served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Charles R. Previti, J.S.C. (Ret) in Atlantic County. Her practice areas include estate planning and administration, civil litigation, and residential real estate. Ms. Kosar has recently been appointed to the panel of civil arbitrators for the Superior Courts of Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May and Gloucester counties. She has also completed 21 hours of mediation training with the State of New Jersey’s Office of Dispute Resolution and is in the process of becoming a qualified mediator under New Jersey R. 1:40. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Kosar is an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law’s Legal Education Institute, where she teaches wills and trusts, civil practice, and contracts in the paralegal studies program. She also maintains her own private practice, the Law Offices of Angela B. Kosar, LLC, in Marlton.
