• Tom Barron was a partner at two major firms, and is a former assistant county prosecutor. Tom's practice is almost exclusively trial based and focuses on cases involving employment law, commercial law, insurance coverage and fraud, civil rights, professional malpractice, probate disputes, criminal defense (including DUI, traffic and other criminal defense) and other types of complex litigation.
• Dan Baker was the managing attorney for the New Jersey office of a major Philadelphia law firm before joining Tom Barron and Dan Posternock. His practice is concentrated on real estate, commercial and business transactions, bank and other lending transactions and creditor's rights. Dan also handles restrictive covenants, general commercial, banking and title litigation.
• Dan Posternock was a partner at two different law firms before joining forces with Tom Barron and Dan Baker. Dan regularly represents people buying and selling real estate, and counsels brokers, realtors and other real estate professionals. Dan's trial practice and litigation experience includes claims arising from real estate transactions, consumer fraud actions and the representation of insurers and insureds in automobile negligence, premises liability, construction claims and actions brought under New Jersey's Tort Claims Act. Dan is also capable of handling all of your estate planning needs from wills and trusts to living wills and power of attorney.
